Inexpensive. Good sleep aid that works well, but does leave me quite groggy in the morning. For me I found it best to take half a pill instead of a full dose. Ideal small size for a travel bag.

This pack is a great value for the money. I take half at night in combo with B6 to help with pregnancy nausea, and an even better effect is that they help me sleep through the night in 3rd trimester! The taste is alright and it lasts through the night for me, approximately 9 hours without drowsiness.

Excellent action, works great to help me sleep all night without any feeling that I'm getting too much medicine or that the sleep is not natural. But because it is not coated it is hard to swallow and I commonly have to put up with the bitterness. I will be looking for the same medication in coated form. But if I can't find a coated version for a modest price, I will come back to this as the bitterness is a small issue compared with the benefit.

Maybe I'm just sensitive to this. But I couldn't sleep. Gave me anxiety. And I tried it 3 times before I threw it out. Ill never take anything that contains this again.

Whether you are an insomniac or need to pass a lot of time very quickly, this sleep aid is the strongest and best you can buy without a prescription. I have personally suffered from insomnia issues for years and while I have tried Melatonin and Benadryl (diphenhydramine), they just don't work that great for me. However, this is like a gift from God. No matter how wired awake I am, within just 20-30 minutes of taking one of these, I am ready to go to sleep and it keeps me asleep. It's almost too strong to where I have missed my alarm a couple of times, and even on off-days I can easily sleep longer than 12 hours when this is in my system. I personally never liked the idea of prescription based sleep aids like Ambien due to the stories I've heard, and this sleep aid is definitely all you need. If you want to skip a holiday, have a great night’s rest or trying to fight the caffeine you consumed too late into the night, this sleep aid will work for all of it. It works so strongly that it does sometimes cause a hangover/zombie effect, but if you really need sleep, this will give it to you. I highly recommend it!

I seldom use this and it does help me sleep. However, the next day, mostly in the morning, I don't feel fully awake. Not sleepy or drowsy, just not all there. As a result, I don't use this unless the need for sleep outweighs the after effects.
