The Lead on this phone as it came from USA and Canada was intermittent and in the end stopped working i` have contacted the supplier awaiting a reply.

The cables are not compatible with the UK. We bought an adaptor at a cost of £9.99 which didn't work either, they have refunded the money no problem. We returned the phone to Las Vegas at a cost of £32.70. We have not had confirmation that the phone has been received back, nor the postage. A very expensive mistake.

My husband bought this phone because we wanted a phone that could hang on the wall, very few answer phones seem to these days. the first thing is that it was sent from the USA, this unfortunately meant there was an extra £15 to pay and a trip to the main sorting office also costing time and fuel. The phone charging cables then were not compatible with an English electrical socket. The numbers cannot be saved because it doesn't seem to recognise an English telephone number - must be a problem with the number of digits in the phone number. It looks ok but don't buy it in the uk you will be disappointed and out of pocket.

This is a big button phone with amplification and clear speaker phone. The integrated answering machine is easy to set up and can be used for call screening, since the outgoing message and incoming voice are heard at all times. There is a subtle beep for waiting messages as well as a visual indicator. The large display for caller ID also shows a scrolling menu for setting up and controlling the phone's functions. Great quality all around.

So easy to assemble (even for a senior). Great sound which you can adjust with the "Audio Adjust feature. No problems in assembling, completed all the additional setups within minutes. Greatly improves the audio and clarity when receiving incoming calls. The "incoming call feature is bright and large enough that you can see it from a distance. The "call answer, flash, audio assist and message waiting features are bright enough for you to know you have a voicemail message. The clarity of the voicemail messages have been vastly improved. Love the speakerphone feature and use it on a regular basis. Finally a corded phone that has everything needed for those of us in the aging genre. With this phone's audio clarity features I'm not aging, but my hearing capabilities have improved.

Fácil de usar para los adultos mayores y super práctico para ellos por los sonidos fuertes y letras y números grandes y a mi mamá le encantó pues el identificador muestra número y nombre de quien te habla (obviamente el nombre si lo tienes guardado en el directorio) y aveces no necesita los lentes para ver la pantalla.El color blanco no me gusta pero cuando vi el teléfono me encantó porque en la parte de abajo y en los lados es color gris claro y se ve padrísimo, lo quería negro pero es más caro y en blanco está super bien por que obvio es más claro y fácil de ver para los adultos mayores.Lo único malo en este teléfono es que tiene poca capacidad para registrar y/o guardar números en el directorio y que cuando se activa la grabadora, se graban los ruidos o voces que hay en casa y si no quieres contestar una llamada pues sabrán que si estás; así que la grabadora funciona perfecto se escucha muy bien la voz de los mensajes.Tengo poco tiempo con el teléfono espero que no empiece a fallar antes o después del año.
