A good little freezer
A great little freezer for the price. Fits nicely under the worktop. Not too noisy. No trouble with drawers freezing or breaking. Canโt fault it really.

Delivery terrible
Product was good but delivery was terrible. Dpd just dumped it at door, took.photo and left. These are flats for disabled people. Not a hope of getting it to their own front door

Nice freezer, but went wrong after 7 months.
A good size, nice looking, and I was really pleased with it. Actually wanted a self defrosting one, but the only ones with this facility were the big fridge freezers - we have one already (old, fingers crossed that it will keep going), and have not got room for another. Before buying I asked 'the community' about the frequency of needing to defrost, and the answers were favourable - average about once every six months, even when kept in a garage. From the start we had to defrost it about once a month, but as long as we kept on top of it, it didn't take long. Now 7 months later, it defrosted itself overnight and ruined a freezer full of food. The compartments were full of condensation, and the bottom compartment had stalactites hanging from the bottom where somehow it was still freezing. On opening the door, we saw that the door seal had come away at the top of the door. We pushed it back in place, and the freezer quickly frosted up, with 'snow' and frost forming in the compartments. The 30 year old 2nd/3rd hand freezer we had before had a very strong 'suck' on the door, so we thought the fact that this one opened very easily, was because it was more modern. In retrospect it may have had a not very efficient door seal from day one, although I can't say for sure. But we can't risk the seal coming away at any random time, resulting in food defrosting. Also now it seems to have gone mad in that it is frosting up in a matter of a few hours. Amazon as always were very good about accepting a return - the guys picked it up today and a refund is scheduled. Unfortunately had to buy a replacement elsewhere - self defrosting this time - as it seems almost impossible to get an under the counter frost free one now. A shame that the freezer malfunctioned, as it was a nice size and a good price.
