Product arrived on time ,well packed . The masala was very fresh and aromatic ,it made a delicious spicy ,hot curry and I did not need to add any other spices but for curry powder .I am extremely happy with this product .

A powerful Garam Masala with too much clove for my taste, it may suit you though. I intend making my own GM without cloves and then mixing this through to lessen the pungency a bit.

I used to make my own garam masala. There's nothing to beat the smell of freshly roasted spices. This one is the nearest I've found to that home-ground taste and the beautiful tin keeps it fresh.

I can and do make my own, but don't always have the time. I have come across so many bad ones in the past, that I thought I'd buy as many as I could find for sale and test them. Out of 8 of them, many by Indian companies this stands out head and shoulders above the rest, the rest were binned they were so bad. The problem is if you've never had real garam masala you don't know what you are looking for. So buy this one, it's very good and it will give you a bench mark that other garam masalas should at least reach.

Nice aroma just a wee bit too much cloves for me
