Brilliant chopper
Had one for years and it has saved me so much longwinded chopping, without having to resort to a bulky food processor. Even makes lovely hummus. It only struggles a bit with peppers. Only downside is one must not yank the hand too sharply or it may stick. Buying this for my mother, who has arthritic hands (as do I) and I know she will love it.

Broken after a few months' use
The string pull broke after only a few months' use - disappointing!

Not the best quality
It does shred veg ok, however string retraction gets stuck and turning mechanism doesn't feel sturdy, i get feeling it won't last very long 😐
