Worth the money I spent.
So far this chair is great! It has outstanding lumbar support. The construction is excellent, when you raise the chair height it stays in place and does not require constant re adjustment. More to follow as I continue to use it in the months ahead .

Returned and bought a Haworth chair
Was not for me. I actually wouldn't recommend if you are in the upper end of their weight range. Just feels small and flimsy.

Chair sinks and doesn’t hold my weight
The first chair I received sank to the floor when I sat in the chair. I assumed this was a defect and returned for another chair but it did the same thing. I weigh 230 lbs so this shouldn’t be a problem. Very disappointed. They also want me to get a box to return the item. Salt in the wound.

Comfortable and well-made chair
Bought for employee who sits behind a desk most if the day and did not like her Herman Miller Mirra chair. She finds this much more comfortable and said the arms work better
