Perfect Travel Stroller
The Joolz AER stroller is absolutely amazing! Itโs incredibly lightweight yet feels sturdy and well-made. Folding and unfolding it is super easyโperfect for travel and quick errands. The ride is smooth, the seat is comfortable for my little one, and the design is sleek and stylish. I also love how compact it becomes when folded, making it easy to store in the car or carry on flights. This stroller is worth every penny for parents who want both convenience and quality.

Pleasantly Surprised and Ready for Italy!
We are planning a trip to Italy where itโs known youโre on and off trains and public transport often. We will also definitely have connecting flights to get there. My old/current travel stroller (details at the end if interested) would make our lives not as enjoyable for this trip to come, so I decided to go back to researching travel strollers after a year with the Harppa I have been using for air travel. Iโve heard on and on about the YoYo, but also saw this stroller mentioned on some travel blogs. After a deep dive on travel blogs, tons of reviews and videos, I decided to get the YoYo and the Joolz to try in person. Shockingly, I HATED the YoYo. Maybe the one I got was defective, but the one handed close was a 12 minute struggle to get closed with two hands and on my knees. You have to bend down and reach under the seat to collapse it and it was not easy. Plus it came unassembled. The instructions were pictures only, hard to understand, and the seat cushioning along with the overall aesthetic did not compare to the Joolz. I am already in LOVE with the Joolz. When I did travel roller research a year ago before settling with the Harppa, I had tested 7 or 8 different lower priced travel strollers (~$100-$200 range). I have not encountered a seat cushion so dense and comfortable. I want to sit in it! I also much prefer this zip feature over the pull straps for the recline, thatโs just my preference though. The sun cover extends an amazing length so I am hopeful for on-the-town naps. The thing I like the most is I can actually close it with one hand and the elastic shoulder strap is genius. I use a Tushbaby when I travel with my son so he is on my hip almost the entire time until we are on the plane. With the old stroller, I would have to put him down and try to keep him from crawling away (airport floors surely arenโt the most sanitary either) while I tried to get it in a bag to gate check it. With this Joolz, I wonโt have to put him down nor will I need to gate check it so it will be a big plus and convenience going forward. An antsy toddler after a flight and waiting for a gate checked bag/strollerโฆ will be nice to avoid it! It does come with a bag that I will bring just incase we get on a smaller plane that will require it to be gate checked. Every parent traveler will have their own priorities so thatโs why there are different stroller variations to appease the different needs. The things that were most important to me were to fit in the plane overhead, ease to carry (while holding a toddler & diaper bag simultaneously) and the comfort for on-the-go naps. This stroller surpassed the YoYo and the other 8 lower price point options I formerly tested by far. I only wish that for the price point, it came with a rain cover and a foot rest. Regarding my old travel stroller, I did extensive research on travel strollers a year ago, but only needed something for quick direct flights for work trips that didnโt consist of much long hours of strolling or compact needs. I ended up getting a cheaper Harppa stroller that still works great and was very functional for my then needs. The downfalls is it isnโt small enough for a plane overhead bin so I have to gate check it and put it in a gate check bag because the side clasp to keep it closed could easily come off and open it. I could just picture the luggage guys trying to figure out how to close it once it accidentally opened it and I didnโt want to chance it. My husband couldnโt figure out how to close it at first and tried to put it in the truck fully open! Another plus of the Joolz is that like how you use the double handle buttons to close it, you do the same to open it. No wide clasps to accidently come off and it open. I usually travel solo with my toddler to my work destination, then we have someone there to watch him while I go to my meetings each day. Well, after an 8 day trip to the northeast, 4 plane rides and driving to 5 different states, the Harappa stroller was less convenient. Not for the car or our daily movements once on the ground, but packing it in the bag and out for connecting flights wasnโt ideal. I would be out of breath and very wore out trying to get it in the bag while keeping by son on my hip or trying to keep him wrangled close by. I made it happen, it just wasnโt fun. The biggest issue now is that my son is so tall (even at 14 months). If I laid the backrest flat he was too tall, his head was squished and to the side. The flat lay is a positive feature that it would go almost 100% flat for naps, but not helpful if you canโt utilize it. So the napping feature that was a positive wasnโt even utilized.

International Travel and Small Car Approved
We love our Joolz AER+. For the price, it should have included a foot rest, a bumper bar and/or a snack tray. The newer version addresses all that was lacking with the AER+, such as the footrest and easier access to the recline. I wish we knew the updated version was coming, but we also needed a travel stroller that was overhead bin compliant for an international trip, so we weren't able to wait even so. This doesn't fair as well in non-smooth terrain but that's to be expected with a travel stroller. This has almost become our daily stroller because of its minimal footprint in our smaller vehicle over our Uppababy Cruz. I would still recommend this, especially if you can get it heavily discounted.

Worth it but with minor cons
First, I want to say that I do not regret buying this travel stroller, despite it being a little pricey. I love that it is lightweight and easy to fold and unfold with just one hand. Storage-wise, you can simply put it in a corner, and it stands upright. However, the storage bin of the stroller is not big enough for a large diaper bag. Since we have one, my husband had to carry it around. Another issue is the bumper bar. Putting our toddler in the stroller can be difficult, especially since she sometimes resists being placed in it. The bumper bar doesn't swing sideways, unlike the Maxi-Cosi Luxe, where you can unhinge either side of the bar, making it easier to place the baby or toddler inside. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

Buy It!
Outstanding product. Refined design. Fully featured. Closes easily. Very small footprint when closed. Light weight compared to other. As this is an item that will be used extensively during infancy and toddler stages, it is ESSENTIAL to find something that is easy to use, easy to transport, easy to carry. Easy. Easy. Easy. The sun shield can be expanded to completely cover the child. Think wind, rain... It has a recline feature that "zips open." There are no shortcuts of the design or materials. Very happy with this product. Worth. Every. Penny...

Easy as claimed
Super easy to fold and unfold. No fuss harness. Good basket to toss a dry bag with extra clothes and diapers in. I love this stroller. Itโs the best travel stroller and fits behind the seat of my Subaru and 4Runner.

Compact and Washable
Weโve had this stroller for over a year and absolutely love it. It has survived several plane rides and long walks in different types of terrain. We love how compact and easy it is to collapse and open with one hand. I hoped the compartment at the bottom was a little taller, to place a fat diaper bag but itโs not a deal breaker. Appreciate that you can easily remove the seats and wash it โ Highly recommend!

The best and fancy stroller we have ever bought!
What can I say? I loved it! Itโs beautiful, classic fancy and comfortable to travel. My baby loves it ! He likes tbe inside the bassinet, it is also very cool and adapts to different climates, it also has good cushioning. The best part is when you put it in the trunk of the car since it doesn't take up any space and my husband likes to assemble and disassemble it with one hand, it's so practical and efficient event when we are on the airplane THE BEST PART ! ! This brand has surprised me and we would buy again without hesitation! If you are a very practical husband who likes to have products that don't put you in trouble and stress you and your wife then this stroller is for you haha.
