Property Investment for Beginners Paperback – January 2, 2023

I liked this book a lot, it was an easy and enjoyable read that was very informative, giving real world solid advise. I learned a lot from this book, and now have some investments strategies that I had not thought of before . I highly recommend this book.

Not sure why but real estate seemed too complicated for my rationnal mind.This book was AWESOME!!! Helped me rationnalize easily a decision.The best book on real estate I've read. All the other ones, I couldnt finish. I just felt they were making my headspin with too much theory and information.

Rob, thanks for my first insights through your nice ans entertaining book. For my first research concerning real estate within UK it serves a well done job.

Nice short intro in the world of Buying property to let or to flip. The emphasis seems to be buy to let. I like his simple, honest approach. As someone looking into buy to let it was a nice start. He lists some places to continue readng and learning. There is a bit of self promotion but he is not selling anythng.

I bought this book having been a key follower of Rob's Property Geek podcast in iTunes and his Property Geek blog, which is rich with property content. I was not dissapointed with this book. I finished it in little over a day and a half, it was that good. I've got 4-5 property books on my bookshelf right now, but this one goes with me everywhere.It was easy to read, with very clear and easy to understand examples of all the property jargon you read in the magazines and hear at networking events but were afraid to ask! I now have a firm grasp of leverage, yields, the questions I need to ask to clarify my goals and strategies...this is just a few of the things I have learnt.I love Rob's style of writing. It is very witty, yet concise and relevant. Great for newbies to get a general feel of all the options available to you, with some nice pointers to get you started on understanding how to get on that path to success.All in all 10/10. A definite must buy. I've already recommended to two of my friends already and am awaiting to hear their feedback.Thanks for a great book Rob and I look forward to your next one.
