De CeccoOrecchiette No. 91 Pasta 16 Oz. Box (Pack of 3)

I tried finding orrechiette locally and didn't have much luck. It's one of my favorite pastas to pair with silky squash based sauces in the fall. I find it has that sort of comfort for quality kids look for in mac n cheese but for a grown up pallete.The packages don't hold up super well in shipping if you order with other items that might be heavy. I subscribe and save and mine were smashed pretty bad but fortunately didn't spill out the pasta. The actual product itself is high quality stuff and so delicious, I could eat it daily.

Tastes great. Good texture. I prefer these over elbows for Mac&Cheese.

The BEST! Slow dried. We only eat this pasta now. No pesticides like our US pasta that is yellow and dried at high temperatures destroying the good nutrients.

Good size

Cannot go wrong with DeCecco pasta, it's the best. However, the way in which it was shipped left a lot to be desired. Two boxes of pasta came in a paper envelope (thank goodness, the envelope was sealed well). The pasta boxes themselves were crushed and there were little pastinas all over the inside of the shipping envelope. If anything should ever be put into a cardboard box and protected by bubble wrap, this was it! Had to toss what had spilled out into the envelope, but saved the majority of the contents remaining in the pasta boxes. Happy to say that the pastinas making it through the traumatic event are recovering nicely in glass jars next to a warm stove awaiting a nice hot bath. Yum!

De Cecco Elbows Pasta is fantastic! It cooks perfectly al dente and holds sauces beautifully. The quality is noticeable, making it great for everything from mac and cheese to pasta salads.I highly recommend this pasta—it's now a staple in my pantry!

It costs a little more but the texture of this brand after cooking seems a notch or 2 above your usual macaroni. I had to buy it again!! 🙂

I love love all of BRAND PASTA. I WONT BUY ANYTHING ELSE. EVEN IF A FRW PENNIES MORE. IT HAS THE SEMINOLIAN ITALY FLOUR INGREDIENTS THaT .mAKE IT CHRWY AND FLAVOrable TO YOUR PALLET. TRY IT WITH CHEDDAR CHEESE OR WHITE Linguine sauce. And shrimp. Just plain olive. Oil & butter. and parmasan cheese. Garlic. You'll love it. Oregano is my favorite season on it They the penne or the bootieAll of their pasta is top.sjelf pasta on the market and I have used them all after 60 yrs of cooking, Don't waste your money on any other brand. Homemade can't even compare I done that too with my pasta machine. It's cheaper to by this brand and time saving. I vacuum seal large qualities for emergencies. Some of all shapes. They thee Scaloppine Can crushed tomatoes is the best and not sure of spelling but don't buy Cente. The Scaloppine is the best whole or crushed but don't like the pureed at all. Try one of all types. You won't be disappointed
