Love it!! Came fast! Came with everything that was pictured!! Our bunny loves his new home!

The product is awesome, but is made from a softer wood so ours showed up with a few nicks and dings. It was rather easy to assemble but I could have used a little more guidance in its assembly. As far as the latches go we were basically on our own with the alignment. If I hadn't had any experience putting things together like this or if it had been my first build, I'm sure I'd have to have made a few adjustments leaving the lock with an integrity issue. Also the paint job could've use another coat.

I was excited to get this as I had bought a similar one for my daughter's rabbit 2yr prior. I picked this one as I thought it was a good fit for our guiena pigs. However the upper tray slat was put on to high. We tried to unattached it but couldn't without braking it. So we decided to lift the while upper level. This left a big gap in the part that doesn't have a tray. The lid also doesn't fit properly so it doesn't close. Otherwise the pigs love it. The last one I was able to build start to finish by myself. This one I had to call my boyfriend to help build it (someone had to hold up the middle party since we had to raise it). Also the last one was made a different wood. This one was its fir wood I believe and it has made me so sick. So we're going to clear coat it today.

The media could not be loaded.  We bought this for an Opossum. She seems to like it. It gives her plenty of privacy and we are able to very easily access her wherever she’s at.

Product is thin. Not as sturdy as I was expecting. Was easily assembled but pieces are brittle and overall cheaply made. If you are someone that likes doors aligned ect your going to be disappointed. Will work for a short term pen for our 2 small bunnies but definitely not a forever house for them.

Animals need to have air circulation and visibility to their environment. It’s an adorable piece of furniture but leaves little space for interaction with the family. Wheels are a must inside a home. The playpens are handy but days go by where the little animals are in depressing darkness. Back to the monstrous plastic and wire cages so they can see out and be a part of the family.

One of the standout features of this rabbit hutch is its spacious interior, providing ample room for my rabbit to roam, play, and rest. The shipment came with broken pieces. After reaching out to the company and amazon (going back and fourth which shouldn’t have took as long as it did), they finally sent me a replacement. The company was making it difficult by wanting me to completely take all the pieces out (which is a lot) and take pictures of ALL of the damage. The broken pieces was on top that I could see as soon as I opened the box. Thanks to amazon I didn’t have to take the package out and they reached out to the company. The 3 stars is because I love the product, just not the customer service I got from the company!
