Amazing Quality
Very helpful. My package never arrived at first as it got lost by the delivery company , however they were very understanding and sent me a new one straight away which arrived very quickly. This product is amazing quality aswell and looks super cute on my puppy.

Nice collar and engraving is good.
Collar is great and sturdy enough for my miniature Bully. However, the clasp doesn't seem to work the right way. Previous collars have worked differently, as in when you release the clasp the collar releases. When you release this one it seems counter intuitive.

Weak and flimsy clasp
Collar has only been on my dog a week and it keeps falling off. Clasp is very weak and flimsy. The collar is more decorative and I definitely wouldn’t use it on a walk.
