I loath this vacuum. It is so top heavy and uncomfortable to vacuum. It constantly breaks. It finally has completely broken after just 1 year. But honestly I’m happy bc now I can get something else. It does pick up pet hair good, but it’s not worth the aggravation. Unless you put holes in your wall to mount it, you have to take off the battery and charge it somewhere else. If you only use it for 5 min and then don’t re-charge the battery, it will keep losing battery power while it is off. So you HAVE to charge it every time.

This vacuum is great. Many people like myself like the expensive branded vacuum but refuse to pay the premium. This is an excellent alternative at a fraction of the price. It works great with 2 modes, auto and manual where you can control the amount of suction power. The battery life is pretty good too. The powered brush head does an great job on both hard smooth floor and a carpet rug. It's lightweight and good maneuverability.Some improvements I would make would be to either make the lights brighter or use the green lights if you want it to see the dirt ok the floors. There is one adaptor I miss which is a flat head to cover smaller areas and the one with the brush. The long thin head isn't always the most practical. Emptying is a bit of a faff as the dust gets into sections of the collector that are difficult to clean like around the rubber. The dust separater inside also falls out when you empty it, it should have a locking place to it sits in the same place each time.I would recommend this vacuum if you are on a budget..it by no means beats the competition but it is an excellent budget alternative and does a similar job.

The vacuum is easy to assemble, has great suction and is lightweight to work with. It doesn’t stand on its own, battery life is average 20 minutes and takes about 3 hours to fully charge. It brings a wall mount, but if you live in a concrete house or rent, it is not a good option. So plan to lean it again something in a closet. For the price, it’s a great buy, I just wish extra battery pack were a buying option through Amazon.

Sent it back. Vacuum head was tiny, poor construction & suction.

I have a Dyson V8 that's a few years old, and recently purchased this because I wanted a second vacuum in a different area of my home, but I didn't want to spend Dyson money. After using it for a while, I'm impressed - each vacuum has its pros and cons, but overall, this one is just as good as the Dyson if not better.Pros:-Good suction and cleaning performance.-Floor brush maneuvers very smoothly (better than Dyson), has LEDs to light up dust and dirt, and the hinged extension is great for getting underneath furniture.-The trigger button keeps the vacuum on (vs. the Dyson needing to be held down continuously).-Multiple suction power levels (vs. high or low for the Dyson), and an automatic setting that works pretty well.-Good battery life, and the battery is swappable. The LCD screen also shows the actual battery percentage, which is very useful.-Great bang for the buck.Cons:-The crevice tool could be better - it's short, and the built-in brush makes it bulky.-To fully empty the dustbin I had to remove the center filter piece, so it's a little more finicky than the Dyson.-Not exactly a con, but there don't appear to be accessories available for purchase yet - I'd like to get some spare filters and possibly an additional battery.All in all, I'm definitely satisfied, and would recommend this as a solid choice for anyone looking for a vacuum.

After 3 months I bought the vacuum it started to make a squeaky noice when I use it in my carpet, couple weeks later the noise got worse, now not just when I vacuum my carpet but when I vacuum my wood floor also. To make things worse the vacuum started to last only 30 minutes even though it was charged 100% battery. I tried to contact the company (for 2 months to use the warranty) through phone calls and emails provided in the vacuum manual and also by Amazon customer service agents but received no answers at all . In other words I lost my money and time!
