2025 Massage Chair, Full Body Zero Gravity Massage Chair with Auto Modes, 8 Fix Point Rollers, Bluetooth, Foot Massage, Heating Function, Brown and Khaki

I wanted to buy a massage chair for my wife for her birthday. She particularly wanted something with leg and foot massage. I studied all the options for weeks, and finally settled on this one. The product arrived in about 7-10 days roughly in three shipments. Even before putting it together, we both love the color (Khaki) of the chair. The assembly is simply. I, like other reviews, did find that two screws on the arm portion of the chair were slightly misaligned and it took 20 minutes just to get those two screws in. Probably altogether it was a 45 minute set-up. When I got it together, the remote did not work. I called customer support and left a message. They called back the same day, late on Saturday and helped me to get it going. The connecting wire fell out of the motherboard that operated the remote. It was an easy fix and was good because I got to see the internals. This system looks robust. I think whoever assembled it just did not press it in hard enough, because it clicks and holds well. I am sure that will not be a problem long term and it's good to know that customer support will help and has knowledge of how to get you up and running quickly.On to the massage. At first my wife and I were a little disappointed. She is 5'4 and I am 5'10. We are pretty average, but the neck massager was on my head and my knees were slightly bunched up (maybe by 1"). The next day we put a couch pillow on the seat and it fixed everything. My knees are not bunched, and the shoulder massagers are not awkwardly placed. This chair is made for the masses, so don't expect everything to line up. I don't blame the chair, it's just nature of the beast unless you want to pay $4k or $5k. This chair has a TON of features and is solidly built for sub $1k range. If you run into this problem, just grab a cushion and either place it on the seat or behind the head. Either way works and you will get a great massage focusing on different areas. We are on day four of using the machine and it constantly has people in and out of the chair.What we love -The heat function is amazing. It heats both the back and the calves.The compression is good too. It relieves muscles well. It perhaps could hold a bit longer per cycle, but it's still really good.The value is great. We paid around $730 for this, and it looks good, is solidly built and has every function we wanted. This is easily worth the money.The customer service was on top of it and fixed the problem.The chair is solid. No one knows if something will last, but the parts are solid and the faux-leather and surface are quality. I will probably try to put a faux leather conditioner or baby oil on it once every couple months to keep it looking good, but this looks and feels well built.The middle back rollers are the best. I am not crazy about the bottom one and the top one, but again, it's built for everyone, not custom made. The 8 rollers in the center along with the heat melt back tension.Room for improvement- The proportions are a little weird. The height that it is built for is not bad. It will accommodate most average sized people, but the legs are a little short, whereas the torso is too long for the average person. When you read other reviews and see that, it's not that most are too big, it's just that the proportions are not quite right. 80% of this issue can be solved with a pillow, but if the company wants to fix this on a future model it would be welcome.- screw alignment is a little wonky, but it's only two screws and you only have to set it up once. It's a minor annoyance.- The top and bottom rollers stick out more than the middle rollers. The bottom digs in a little much for me, but again the pillow at the base of the seat solved that. The top neck rollers are not really too large as they are too high. I think these need to come down some on a future model. Again, the pillow at the seat solves this.- I love the compression from the airbags. It's one of my favorite things, but perhaps add in one of the six functions include one that spends more time in the compression state. This would just be a personal request. It would be more of a good thing.5-star experience. We are happy and highly recommend this unit. It is one of the cheapest units, but it is not low-end. Is it a $5k unit, no it is not, but that would be like comparing a Honda's functions to a Porsche. They are not the same. If you can afford a $5 unit, go for it, and I am sure you will be happy. I can't afford a Porsche, but this Honda price-tag gives me an Acura quality feel. It's a 5-star experience, it's a great seat and is priced well under its value.

Very Nice massage chair, Relaxing and Refreshing, I like color of the chair. Easy installation and package come in nice condition. Overall nice experience.

I initially left a negative review because I wasn't thrilled with the neck massage at all but I have to say from the shoulders down, it is actually very good. I have a very bad lower back and this chair actually does relieve the pain. Not sure what it is doing inside my body to alleviate the pain but it is doing something. Foot rollers and air bags 5 stars, calves are 5 stars and amazing with the heat. hips are 3.5 stars but I can't expect anything extraordinary for that part of the body lower back which does also work the hips is 5 stars. Upper back is 4 stars. Shoulders 5 stars. Arms 5 stars. The neck is the only thing they need to upgrade on this thing and it would be insane. Neck is 2.5 stars. Sorry. I still highly recommend this chair. I use a separate neck massager. The heat everywhere is 5 stars but I spice it up with my own extra heating pad and it is heaven with this particular set up. Sorry for my first negative review. I guess I wanted the neck to be better. Its ok. Everything else is great. Oh ya. The bluetooth speakers are awesome as well. Thank you for making a legit massage chair for a great price. I am an actual customer in America. 6 feet tall.

We absolutely love this massage chair. Especially the zero gravity part! It is so relaxing for the whole body! Great to use after a long day to relax and wind down. The material is sturdy and soft.

Believe me - I was all for giving this chair a chance - my son has a similar one and I loved it so I bought this one from another company. It came pretty quickly, it was easy to set up, it looks cool - BUT unfortunately all of that is great except that the massage is TERRIBLE! The most important spot we all want massaged is between and around our shoulder blades - this chair does not have a roller in that area at all. The neck roller is too high so it massages your cranium and it hurts and the waist roller is too low so it actually rubs against your hip bone and it bruises you!Wrote to the company and their solution was a $70 credit and suggested that "maybe you can sell to family member or friend" - they will not pay to send back or replace the chair. I AM SO DISSAPOINTED! I had bought it as a wedding gift for my daughter. Grrrr....UPDATE 7/13/21 This company did everything it could to delay the return and now they never refunded my money although all items have been returned. HOW DOES AMAZON ALLOW THIS???
