not satisfied. Signal is not strong enough

We had a Netgear Router since 2014. We upgraded for a faster internet experience and so far it has been a nightmare! The so called satellites aren't helping. It like I need more of them for a 3200 sq ft home. The same home the older model performed in for 6 years. I will call customer service and see if they can fix my issues
