So far I’m loving this supplement. Higher quality supplements are well worth the cost. Make sure to read the instructions on use. This zinc supplement requires being taken 1 hour before food or 2 hours after eating for best absorption. I take it with my thyroid medication so it’s easy not to forget. I’ll definitely be looking into other supplements from the company after the grocery store bought are gone.

I have purchased several bottles of the zinc 7. Honestly, I didn't think it was doing anything for me until I ran out and I got sick within a week of running out. I have a lowered immune system and when I ran out I felt very run down, then I got sick. So I make taking zinc 7 a daily routine. It did not help me to loose any weight. I actually have gained weight since taking these. I wish they helped me loose weight, but they don't. They also don't help with pain. They basically just boost my immune system.

Great addition to my daily vitamins. This Zinc helps shorten my colds when I have one and makes me feel overall better. I highly recommend
