Tastes good. Not easy to mix with spoon
The formula must have changed in the last couple of years. This used to be instantiated and easy to mix with a spoon. Not any more which is disappointing. May look for other options.

Great flavor, decent mixing, occasional caking in container upon delivery
Been using this as my main source of protein for about 18 months now and love basically everything about it. Every now and then difficult mixing and clumping in the shaker, but not that big of a deal.BUT - My last order came completely caked and clumpy in the container when I opened it. Somewhere it was stored must have been extremely hot/humid because the typically dry powder felt wet and was tough to mix. Frustrating but ordered a replacement. Hopefully the new one hasn't gone bad!

Mixes really well!
I do a half-egg, half-plant shake in almond-coconut milk as this is what digests well for me. My previous egg would chunk up -- functional, but nasty texture. The MRM egg barely chunks up at all resulting in a very nice and smooth consistency. I'm also appreciating that the flavor is rich but mild; it's not heavy with sweeteners. I'm glad I switched to MRM.Update: second tub doesn't mix as well as the first one did, but still generally better than the comparison brand; downgraded to 4 stars and continuing with this brand.

Strange taste & too sweet
Here on amazon I had long been buying Now egg white protein with chocolate in it -- excellent and clean-tasting -- but it wasn't available in the large size I normally buy. So I tried this MRM instead. I should have waited it out and bought my original brand. This has ingredients my other brand does not. One can assume, I think, that it's some (or all) of the additional ingredients that are giving this MRM its less than pleasant taste, along with a kind of cloying sweetness. It includes monk fruit (which is quite sweet) as well as stevia (a natural sweetener), so it's considerably sweeter than I would prefer, but tastes artificially sweet (that's the monk fruit, I think, based on having tasted monk fruit in another health powder). This also contains digestive enzymes and a few other things. In any case, I'm pretty unhappy with the taste of this stuff, and given its high price, I wasted my money.
