Neoteck 6 inch Digital Caliper, Full-Metal Electronic Calipers Measuring Tool Fractions/ Inch/ mm Conversion

Needed to upgrade from some old plastic calipers and settled on this one, it works great!Very smooth movement, quite like the auto-on feature where if the caliper moves back and forth at all it turns on.I have relatively large male hands and this still handles well and I'm able to effectively utilize the wheel for sliding up and down the rail.The one caveat is that the while the digital display does go out to 0.01 mm precision, I don't think that's quite trust worthy at this price point. I usually round up or down to the nearest 0.1 mm and that seems to do the trick.So not really the tool for the job for high precision machining.Overall, extremely pleased with the quality of this product.

Every thing you need in a caliper. One star off for sometimes hard to read display.

Great measuring tool. I use it mainly to measure cartridge overall length. But very useful with other stuff such as measuring wedding ring sizes and a vehicle's wheel center hubs. Definitely add this to your tool collection. You'd wish you have it when you need it! Recommended.

At the price of a lower precision caliper, I can give it above average review. The fit and finish if the wheel mechanism is not excellent, rools roughly. Everytime I use it a check the zero before and after, and measure twice. No real problem just does not leave me confident. Btw if you open and close it several times the closed reading will differ by .001 inches, which is inside the tolerance. Also compared to N expensive calibrated caliper at work. The 4" side of a 1x2x4 block was 0.002 inches over. Again withing the listed tolerance.
