Size Chest Waist Hip Inseam Height Weight Small 4-6X 23-26" 21-23" 23-26" 16-19" 42-48" 39-50 lbs. Medium 7-8 26-27" 22.5-23" 27-29" 20-23" 50-53" 58-66 lbs. Q: Does it come with a wig???

No it does not. I thought it did by the picture. I ordered it for my granddaughter for Halloween and she looked awesome in the costume. My daughter bought a purple wig at Walmart.

Q: Is this true to size?

no - the costume runs smaller than normal size. My daughter wears a 10-12 in everything, and the Large size (10-12) fits like a 7-8 size. Unfortunately, they don't carry anything larger than 10-12 so I was unable to exchange it. The quality of the costume is fine.
