Why did you choose this product over others?: ​They're not the cheapest headphones but you get what you pay for. They are good quality, and I like that you can either plug them into a laptop with the USB connector or a use the USB C connector to plug them into a smartphone. I don't know what it means by 3.5mm connectivity, though, as the 2022 model I bought doesn't have a 3.5mm jack. The sound is nice and clear and music sounds quite bassy on them. They also work with Microsoft teams, although the end call button didn't do anything when I tried pressing it. This is not a problem however as I work with a mouse and can easily end the call using that. I'm going to use these as my headphones for working at home and buy a cheaper pair to leave at work (don't want to break these ones by carrying them in my work bag even though they seem more robust than my last pair).

I've been using this headset for work and have found it to be lightweight and very easy to use. The sound quality is clear, and the microphone performs well for online meetings and calls. The headset has a comfortable fit for everyday use, although I found that adjusting the position on my ears made a noticeable difference during longer sessions. After finding the right angle, it became much more comfortable to wear. The build quality feels solid, and despite being lightweight, it doesn't feel flimsy. It is simple to set up and has been reliable for daily use. Overall, this is a practical headset with good sound quality, a lightweight design and excellent value for money.

A great headset

Was looking for this everywhere as this was the one we use at work. Sound is very clear, works like any other headset. Good for work place.

The headphones were a direct replacement for my previous pair which had serviced me well for a good ten years, so I knew what the sound quality was. However, the cable was significantly shorter on the new set which was a problem as they are to be attached to my desktop and needed the extra length. I had to buy an extension cable. Otherwise, these are worth the money.

This Plantronics Blackwire headset is light weight, comfortable to wear and offers excellent value for money - ideal for the homeworking or in the office. It has great audio quality and an adjustable noise cancelling mic boom that picks up your voice really well without unnecessary background ambiance. The in-line controller makes answering calls and muting and unmuting the mic extremly easy and it also allows you to change the volume. The size is adjustable so it will fit most head sizes. I opted for the usb version but it can also be purchased with 3.5mm jack instead of USB or you can pay extra for an upgrade that includes both. The headset does not come with a case but it's fairly robust and should be fine being thrown into a laptop bag withiut causing any damage to it. Note that it's not foldable though but that wasn't an issue for me. That said, I did purchase a Plantronics case seperately for it at a reasonable price.

Poor quality foam on the pads. Sound quality not great. Very uncomfortable due to type of foam.

The received headphone was exactly as advertised. It performs excellently and has exceeded my expectations. A great product. I now have two of these headphones for home and work.

Für den Preis ein super Headset. Die Sprachqualität ist super und es ist sehr leicht. Man merkt kaum, dass man was auf dem Kopf hat :) Die Hintergrundgeräusche werden zwar nicht komplett weggedämmt, aber das finde ich auch gut so, das irritiert nicht so beim Telefonieren.

Very bad microphone quality, one of the ear plugs stopped working after a while and the overall quality is worthless not to mention the ugly packaging.
