Works Great
This heater keeps our Park Trailer at just the right temperature. Turns on and off with the built in thermostat tokeep things comfortable. Only runs when temp drops below the desired value. Heats up the area fast then turns off until temp drops several degrees then resumes heating. Highly efficient.

Just in case!
Great for a back-up heater in case the power goes out for a rental house. Seems to put out really good and does not take up a lot of room.

Not as efficient as I thought it would be.
It will run on a 20lb tank just fine. I am sure all the installation requirements are to pass inspections for insurance issues. I ended up putting a regular BBQ hose which is 3/8 inch standard and a regulator connected that to the brass fittings going up into the heater. Used a tee and have a sediment trap. The first tank it did have some difficulty when the tank got lower, it sputtered and wouldnt stay lit. But the second tank was drained. Gone through about four tanks so far and no pressure issues now. It starts a little 'rougher' already with the thermostat, as in the flame 'pops' on all at once instead of a steady flow down the bar.It throws out decent heat but its not outrageous. Have it in a 550 sq foot camp decent insulation and to keep it 60-65 with an outside temp in the 20s it uses a 20 lb tank (4.3 gallons) every 2 days. Thats with the pilot lit over night and the dial set to 2 and that is also letting it dip down to 55 or so overnight. The pilot seems to use quite a bit more fuel than I expected. Pushing the temp higher shutting it off and turning it back on when it gets to under 60 gets almost another day out of a tank.

Poor Customer Service
The customer service provided by this company was horrible. Sold me a refurbished item and after $400 in installation charges for a non working item, I asked to return and pay difference for a new item. They refused only allowing for rework. Told she was supervisor and no one else to speak with find a better company that stands behind products.

Great heater for my off the grid cabin
Just built a tiny cabin in Utah at about 7045 elevation. Don’t even have insulation, drywall or outside siding on the walls yet and this little heater keeps our cabin so warm and toasty. Outside temperature was in the 30s too.

Good little heater.
It has an audible hiss on high, but as room warms and the flame gets smaller, the hiss fades. Nice, effective heater.

Works great, but watch out for mounting on hollow walls
Variable thermostatic control is great, none of this, "high, medium, low" which too often translates to "freezing or boiling" at night. Good safety functions. But if you plan on mounting this on a hollow wall (we put ours on the end of a kitchen cabinet), be careful. The included hollow wall anchor system worked fine on one side of the mounting bracket, but is beginning to pull out of the wall board on the other side. I'll be taking this unit down and remountning the bracket with a "through the front, out into the back" nut, bolt, and washer affair, which [grumble grumble] will mean I have hardware on the inside of the cabinet, but at least won't be sweating bullets, thinking about what would happen if the heater fell off the wall. Fortunately, where I've mounted it, we can access the back to do just that. If it was a hollow "outside" wall, we'd be up the creek, and thinking of a new way to approach the problem.
