Extremely Disappointed with Battery and Customer Support
โVery disappointed with this purchase. I bought this phone from Amazon last year, and I have not even used it regularly for six months. Despite the limited usage, the battery has become very weak and the phone loses charge quickly. The overall quality is poor and far below expectations. I also submitted a return/replacement request regarding this issue, but I have not received any response or been contacted so far. The lack of customer support is extremely frustrating. I regret buying this phone and would not recommend this product to anyone.โ

I had a bad experience, and I will never buy from Amazon again.
