Requires a max 25w bulb, anything higher would damage the lamp. Smaller than thought but for a small bedside table just right. Touch any part of the lamp and you have 3 levels of brightness and one more touch to switch off! Looks good with my redecorated "black and white" theme. Goes perfect with the "Black Gloss New York Skyline Ceiling Pendant Light" (thats not touch!). Well chuffed. Highly recommended.

I like this item especially when light is on. It's small and neat and very very light(in weight)! It feels very flimsy and I have some concerns regarding its safety....It can be pulled down even by the weight of its own cable, it also gets very hot (shade), when on its highest setting within seconds...I have only used it on dim and it will not be left on unattended .

This was not a great quality product. Tried the recommended bulb and it started burning and crackling after a period of time. Maybe the lamps I received were faulty. I sent them back for a full refund so I was happy with that. Respect your workers Amazon, they are not robots. Recognise GMB Union.

Ordered this lamp in black but unfortunately it arrived in silver. After trying it with a bulb in we decided to keep it anyway. Nice neat size, great look when lit and whole shade responds to your touch. Seller was excellent despite problems with colour discrepancy. It was delivered early and we were offered a full refund immediately when wrong product was received. Would recommend if you want a small stylish bedside lamp with a touch sensitive function.

I got this to match the skyline lampshade and I love it. It is stylish and very neat. I love the fact it just needs a touch to switch it on and of.It looks lovely when it is turned on and I find it gives easily enough light for reading. I am going to get another one for the other side of the bed.

Unfortunately not much difference between the dim and normal brightness, seems to be bright all the time, which is no good when baby sleeps in room with you, very pretty though.

Sons bedroom has NY theme and works really well with decor. Also got matching ceiling shade.
