It was very easy to install (screw on) didn't match perfect but it's fine. sturdy and well made..

Worth a shot
The quality is better than other sellers i have bought from. This is a Franke sink part. The original failed a couple years ago, i went to a different supplier to replace. That replacement seemed lighter in wt. than the original. This replacement is noticeably heavier so i assume it is better quality. I also have to note the excellent customer service.

Finally, perfection
Had to fight to get the right finish, but after months, I did get the satin nickel. The reps at Decor Planet were so helpful in getting me what I needed, I think that the part was mislabeled in the factory in Germany. Now, I am very happy. Very nice faucet extender.

Disappointed in Franke Replacement Handpiece
I had installed a Franke faucet when I re-did my kitchen 10 years ago. Over time the handpiece was dinged and the finish discolored. I ordered a replacement handpiece through Amazon in May of 2020. Today, four months later, the new handpiece is more discolored than my original that was in service for 10 years.I have called Franke and thye have been unresponsive.I am disappointed in the durability of the replacement handpiece as well as the surprisingly poor customer service from Franke.

I’m a plumber now
Old faucet at the parents place was literally blown apart after a pipe was repaired and the water was turned back on. Ordered this not fully knowing what to expect but the brushed nickel matches perfectly and it took 5 seconds to unscrew the old and pop on the new. Led to praises from my mom. I’m totally the favorite.
