Update 8/15/25: I had planned to take a month off after using this supplement pack for two months to see if the differences I noticed were simply a coincidence. Then I realized it was only two or three days before my next period, and while I had experienced about four days of breast discomfort, I had only had one day of irritability, two emotional days, and just one day with mild bloating. There is some swelling, but it is manageable and not painful—a significant improvement. My mood shifts have also been more subtle. Didn't feel a difference after using for several months. You're paying way more for this packaging than the supplements themselves.

THIS PRODUCT HELPED ME TRACK MY CYCLE WITHOUT AN APP!! I was so tired of all the apps telling me this or that about my cycle and it was too time consuming to update a note in my phone or update my calendar. The pills are identified by the day in your cycle, so on the pack I just write the day it should be. Sooo handy.As for the other benefits, I have been on this product for a full cycle and I was not expecting to see results so soon, but between my last period and this one there is a difference! My mood swings right before my period start are less intense (my husband also seems more tolerable…) My period cramps don’t have me reaching for my heating pad! They’re much lighter and more manageable. I am grateful. The iron capsule doesn’t make me nauseous like some products have in the past, which is nice because iron helps my energy while I am on my period.

This stuff was life changing for me. I have bad cycles painful horrid and this helped turn things around big time. Too bad they stopped selling it on here. But like with anything that helps they discontinue it.

Got this as a gift for my cousin who had been complaining about menstrual pain and irregularities. Who doesn't love health & wellness gifts! She says "So far so good. The packaging makes it easy to remember taking".

I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better, that you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This supplement comes in a handy blister pack with capsules grouped by what days you take them. Days 1-7 have two capsules per day, and 8-28 have one capsule per day. I like the format, and there is a lot less plastic in this pack than there is in a bottle of supplements.If used as directed it will last 28 days.The expiration date on mine is Sep 2026.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says non-GMO, 3rd-party tested, and a number of the ingredients are organic.I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. Their phone number is on the package, and the website has a chat feature. Their perelelhealth site is functional and informative. It has a Hello video from Dr. Bayati, a co-founder. They started in 2018 and their story is on the About page, as well as a page introducing their advisory panel. They have active social media and a number of helpful podcasts linked to from their website. There are a number of other features and sources of information on their site as well; you may be interested in checking it out.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I sometimes focus on feminine health supplements because some of them have such high quality ingredients that are useful for men as well. This one is one of them, and since my wife has her own supplement regimen, I get to use this =) I like the ingredients here, and the absence of fillers and flow agents that many companies say they need to use, while the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to.The price may seem a little high for one month, but to be confident you're getting a quality supplement with this number of good ingredients from a reliable company is worth at least part of that, and if it helps you meet your goal for taking it, even better!Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

Not sure if it really helps, it is rather hard to swallow because the smell is so strong. Sort of herbal smell that really wafts around the pills. Some may like it though. It’s hard to tell if it helps with bloating or anything, there doesn’t seem to be a noticeable difference.The concept is nice, and the idea of having certain pills for certain days in my cycle is kind of neat. But again, it’s hard to tell if one hasn’t taken the whole course of pills due to the strong scent. Others may find it okay though.

This product has assisted in every way that it claims. No longer get bloated or moody. No vitamin taste either.
