camping on this mattress on a cot is nearly as comfy as my home bed lol, no more old man aches and moans in the morning after sleeping horrible. Good luck getting this thing back in the bag lol, I just put in a much bigger bag.

This mat is far more comfortable than any air mat I have used of it’s same size. it can’t be rolled up as tight as an air mattress but the comfort is definitely worth the space saved. And trust me the memory foam mattress is much better than an air mattress In My opinion.

In terms of foam to sleep on, this is pretty comfortable. It’s soft enough that you get that “taken care of” feel. Others might want more support.But there is no way in hell this is portable enough to camp with!Once you open it, it will never roll up again, and in fact, the instructions say not to store it in a rolled up position. So you’re supposed to keep this huge foam mattress open somewhere in your house? I live in a small space so that’s not gonna work for me.They really shouldn’t use the words “portable” or “camping”. The only way this works for camping is if your car is right there next to your campsite, which is not what I do. This is too heavy to even put in a wagon and haul up the hillIt’s a nice foam topper but once you open it, keep it open for God sake. Find some bed that needs it I guess.

I'm a big guy who does a lot of camping. In the past, I've had sleeping pads that were basically just a glorified blanket on the floor of my tent. However, with this sleeping pad, there is actually some protection from the ground, which helps me wake up in the morning feeling less sore than I have with any other sleeping pad in the past. I'm sure that if I wasn't as heavy as I am, it would probably provide even more comfort, but it does pretty well in comparison to a lot of other items on the market today.
