Hi everyone this product is pary off a c9 programe.this c9 is a fitness and well being programe that enables weight loss. Now this comes in a chocolate or vanilla flavour. I use vanilla. Now in this milkshake is every vitamin and mineral and protein that your body requires. Plus it has Aloe Vera in it not just any aloe either.this is pure and harvested at exactly the rite time .i find this fantastic and its never far from me . It contains enough to last twice a day for 9 days . On the second day i notice ive mote energy and feel stronger. I also find its great for when your sick and need built up or your off food or elderly and need that wee something. You can add fruit to it fresh or frozen.or veg .i like ginger and pineapple. By you can add or just have it as it is. It made with milk i like to use almond or semi skimmed cows or goats milk . Its a fantastic pick up it helps your body loose weight . Its a great detox if thats what you need it for. You can use this product on its own or as part of the c9 program. With forever aloe vera this product is amazing i highly recommend it

Not satisfied with this item. Didn’t like the taste as much as previous and seemed to be ‘chalky’. Finished off the packet and found my next packet to be much better. Bought from Amazon.
