I think this product might work well if you are already a master in massage and expert in massage machines. But for me, a newcomer, the instructions on what they called the instructions manual are scanty - just a few pages of nothing, and touchscreen symbols are strange for an everyday person who may just be buying a massage machine for the first time. I thought they probably had a downloadable real instructions manual with meaningful instruction, but I couldn't find any. So, it appears you must already know everything about this massage chair and how the machine works before you can get the benefits of the features or even how to activate those features. In other words, the makers did not think it was necessary to take time to create a meaningful instructions manual for non-massage-machines experts. They probably assumed that you must be a massage and massage machines Pro before buying this machine.

I have back issues and this chair helps so much when I am hurting a bit. We use it almost daily! The bluetooth speakers allow me to listen to my favorite music while enjoying a great massage. It comes on a full pallet in 3 heavy boxes, so be prepared to do some heavy lifting!
