Received the units a day early and both units are quiet and keeping two large rooms cool

Poor performance and reliability
The space was cooled but not consistently. Stopped working 3 times until it finally quit altogether just shy of owning and operating it 4 months. And I decided not to buy the assurion warranty so I am stuck with a useless unit.....

Pretty happy
Just installed yesterday was pretty easy with the installation. It went into a she shed that isn’t insulated so in southern Georgia it gets pretty hot late afternoon due to sun on one side of shed. It usually climbs over 95 degrees at that time but having this set at 78 it stayed 78. Super quiet just not sure how it if there is an actual dehumidifier as there is no actual button to show this feature nor did the manual speak as this being an option but in the description here it does say so. Is it an automatic feature? But so far happy.

Not 12,000 btu
I ordered the 12,000 btu unit but got an 8,000 btu unit, that's the reason for the 3 star the unit works great and is super quiet but I needed the 12,000 btu for the size of the room I'm cooling in 100°F/40°C the 8000 btu doesn't have the cooling capacity for a 500+ sqft room. So I'm done ordering this type of stuff from Amazon I'll just pick a new one up from my local hardware store.

Air Conditioner
Very easy to install. We have an 1200sq ft house and cools the entire house. It's been 90+ outside and it's awesome.

Great but limited to installation
The air conditioning is great. It is really quiet and does great a cooling down my living room. The highest fan speed does great at getting cold air out and still remains quiet. It has a lot of great features like keeping the room set at a specific and setting a timer. The only downside is that this ac needs a specific window without obstruction so that the air conditioner can sit on the window. Other than that it has rot out living room cool this past summer.
