This was a fab buy when on offer for 80 quid. It works off cigarette lighter in car or plug in to the mains. I used a vitoman portable power pack using the 12v socket as this seems to draw less power on eco setting. Switched it off through the night and it stayed cool well. Still had some life in power pack after a weekend of use.Used all weekend and kept everything nice and cold.It's quite big and heavy when full but I could still carry from the car to tent ok.Great upgrade from a cool box.

Arrived well packaged. Simple instructions in about 120 languages - I only needed one. Plugged into AC and switched on. Cooled from 17C to 5C in 30 mins. Cooled to -14C in another hour (used my bluetooth temperature probe), unit indicated -18C, but will not be using it as a freezer so no problem. This was in ECO mode so would expect MAX mode to be even quicker. Will test out on DC this weekend when we are away with van,Quite a nice looking piece of kit and very easy to set up and use. Fraction of the cost of Alpicool etc. but only time will tell if it is the bargain it appears. Paid £80 as a promotion was active. So far very happy with the results.

This is an excellent piece of kit.For anyone looking to purchase a fairly decent capacity (21L) refrigerator for their camper / motorhome / truck or boat then look no further. It's a good size, so be sure to measure up accurately before hitting that 'buy' button.The display is pretty straightforward with 4 pre-sets programmed in, which to be honest just about cover anything you're going to want to do with this fridge.There is a -18 setting for frozen foods, a -10 setting for ice cream, which will keep it frozen, but soft-frozen if you now what I mean. Next setting is a 5 degree setting to preserve the life of perishable foods - which all fridges should run at - then there's a 10 degree one for drinks, which speaks for itself.Noise wise, yes you can hear it - it's really quiet on ECO mode and just a tad louder on MAX mode, which is akin to a 'fast freeze' setting.The unit automatically locks the display panel after 2 minutes of no use, which is a great design feature, as you may be storing items on top of the fridge if space is tight.Power wise it runs off either your vehicles 12v output (cable included) or it will run off a standard UK plug - again, the cable and plug are included.In my initial test it took the unit 17 minutes to go from 15 degrees down to 5 degrees on the MAX setting.I would not use the fridge on the freeze setting, it's just something I would have no use for. But as a campervan owner who often heads off for multiple days this is a great item and means I won't waste as much perishable food on longer trips - it means I can actually store more produce without the need to re-stock as often.10/10 from me, no complaints whatsoever.

Great little fridge up to yet no problems gets cold quick and we can get quite alot in it, alot cheaper than other makes. We use it in our campervan and plug it in the spilt charge when driving and in the battery power pack at night, it hardly uses any energy. Very Impressed for the.price.

This car/camping fridge has been an impressive addition to my camping/travel gea. Over the past month, I tested it extensively on both battery power, car 12v socket, as well as running it from my 12-volt power station with a solar panel attached - for this I have used a 12v car socket to 12v plug adapter for this as seen in the photos as my power station doesn't have a car socket.This 12V compressor fridge stands out for its low power consumption. This particular 21L model is compact but quite large for a normal car but would suit an SUV and larger. It perfectly fits 500ml beer cans and but taller items like milk cartons wine or juice bottles need to be laid flat.Design-wise, it's sleek with a stylish yellow accent and solid clips that in my opinion are much better the rust-prone magnets on other car fridges. An amazing feature is the internal light, ideal for night time use at campsites. The lid closes tightly with a recessed seal, and the hinges are robust.Weighing around 12-13 kg, the fridge is sturdy and portable with convenient carry handles. The ribbed, flat surface on top doubles as a table or prep station. It comes with a few adapters, including a 2.5-meter 12V car socket cable and a 230V adapter that converts to 12V.The stylish touch panel is sleek and easy to use, showing the current temperature in real-time. It has a 20-second inactive lock function to prevent accidental changes. The built in presets include -18°C for freezing, -10°C for ice cream, 5°C for chilled wine, and 10°C for fruits and vegetables. It went from about 20c to -18 in about an hour which is mighty impressive! it took about 15 minutes to go from 23 degrees to 5c which means you can have cold beer in no time.The max setting uses around 36-37 watts, while the eco setting uses about 28 watts, making it efficient without compromising performance. The fit and finish are excellent, with everything clicking together nicely, including the stylish opening handle.Overall, this high-quality, stylish, and functional fridge is a massive improvement to my camping setup. I love Its size, efficient cooling, low power consumption and sleek design. Recommended.

Overall as a product is ok does the job very well and fast. Today for some reason the light burst out of the blue and the cover is black of burnt.
