Bought because I wanted one and those cheap ones with the solid plastic nozzles were not great.This one is much more comfortable. The nozzles are all silicone rubber so it's comfortable and won't feel like it's tearing your... stuff.My only complaint is that since it is so big, it's hard trying to get the proper angle to not push air.

I bought this last month but after a few days it started leaking. I contacted the seller and explained that it leaked after a few days and asked if I could have just the enema bulb replaced without the nozzles. I received a quick response, she apologised and kindly offed to send a replacement enema kit. It works perfectly! It is easy to use, easy to fill and it is also very quick to use too. I am really happy with it.

Easy to use ,, thanks to the intelgent use of valves no nasty suck backs. But you Dr o need to be wary of air in the bulb and can fill yourself up with air if not careful .The result of which can be rather noisey but also kind if amusing depending on your sense of humour and how much air there is to expel . With a little practice a very competent bit of kit for washing your holes which ever one it maybe .

This is worth the extra money. We have had cheaper ones but the black rubber over time will start to peel insides of the ball which could can be inserted into your cavity.This also has a back flow prevention which I never thought about with previous cheaper enemas.Much more hygienic

Excellent product, should have had one of these before so many others I've tried.

. A little disappointed no instructions. Different size nozzles but not a clue how best to use. Can't say I've had a good empty as yet maybe it's me

My daughter suffers from constipation. I bought this as the meds given by doctors take a while to work and also leave her with a lot of fluctuation.I was apprehensive at first but found this easy to use and It solved her issues very quickly.
