It does what it's supposed to do without, in my experience, any side effects. Not too happy that it contains oyster.

At 500 grams these are at the lower end of the scale when it comes to these types of supplements but that doesn't always means they won't work as well as stronger versions that are 750 grams because each person is different. For me, these did work well enough to say that I was pleased with the results. They seemed to take just over an hour to notice the effects had kicked in. However, they performed well and the effects were good for about 6 hours. These are priced slightly less than the stronger versions of this type of supplements so they represent good value for money.

On reaching that certain age, I have tried a few of things ranging from the well known blue pills through to all kind of organic alternatives. These are only advertised as boosting energy and stamina, but we all know their real purpose don’t we? So, it is recommended that 30-45 minutes is enough time for them to take effect - we waited double that and we weren’t disappointed. Let’s just say my performance and stamina were improved - I seemed to go on and on once started. I did get a very mild flush, slightly sniffy nose though no little indigestion, which is a massive plus as this can be rather bad with the well known brand. A bit pricey, but if the remaining nine in the pack work that way then I will certainly think about buying more!

The packaging for these pills is quite generic and need to be taken with plenty of water to avoid any headaches or other issues.After taking the blue coloured tasteless pills, there was no effect for over an hour - however they seem to kick in when needed vs unexpectedly, working to give you a little assistance. These are not very strong in effect but do the job. I had some flushing in the face and pressure on the sinus without blocked nose (great!), otherwise no other side effects. They worked for over 8 hours which is good for this level of strength.

Definitely working, combats the effects of alcohol very effectively. Does cause indigestion though
