I love that this has a handle so it doesn't need electricity. Works well! You have to precut your produce to about 6 inches in length because it can't handle anything longer, but that's not too much of a problem. The cuts it produces are even and it shoots it out the bottom so you aren't tempted to reach in with your hand to free any stuck pieces. The suction cups hold it to the counter so well that you have to use a butter knife to lift them to get it loose. Good product!

Cannot say enough good, slices perfectly, every time. They only thing negative? The suction cups that hold it in place, are very difficult to remove to clean. Worth every penny, compared to the plastic models

i love this thing. i recently got into the freeze dryer thing. the amount of prep it takes is wild. this slicer did a whole large bag of frozen garlic in a matter of minutes instead of having to do them by hand and stinking for days. also i have done onions, tomatoes, oranges, ginger, grapes, apples, and potatoes. knocked them out in no time. the blades are very sharp so always use caution and be mindful of where your hands are when working with it. we run it thru the sprayer on the sink immediately after using or changing type of food we are slicing. it is a little hard to pull the handle back but it is definitely manageable. not really worth stressing over.

Mean little unit, has chopped tonnage of vegetables. Is constantly being barrowed by clubs for mass food processing with out electric need or access. Watch your fingers, and always use a bigger bowl than what you think you need. Those tattors will go flying when you are up to speed. Love this unit.

Consider this an incomplete review. My wife had wanted this for doing more with vegetables and fruits quicker than a knife can do. I am just as comfortable with a sharp chef‘s knife or cleaver and a cutting board. When it arrived, she looked at it and decided within a few hours that it was too big for our kitchen. My assessment is that the machine appears to be aimed at a more commercial kitchen. I was disappointed that some of the metal edges were somewhat sharp, and, if we kept it, I would have filed or sanded those to ensure we did not have small slits in our fingers handling the machine. We did not cut any vegetables or fruits because we realized it was going back and did not want to go through the effort of cleaning it. I think that it probably would’ve done a good job, although I’m concerned that the spring that pushes the hopper forward might be too strong for delicate vegetables. I could not see putting a ripe tomato in there without it being squished. My assessment probably would be that this would be used only for hardier fruits and vegetables. I will say that the owner’s manual translation is hysterical. I’m not sure if this was done by someone without full familiarity of English or an AI, but we had a few good laughs at the choice of words.

This slicer works great I did 200 lbs of cucumbers without a flaw making pickles great machine would not hesitate buying another one👍

Nice appliance. So far, used to cut carrots, white potatoes, sweet potatoes and the tip of my pinky finger while rinsing the blade set part of the appliance. Not kidding, those blades are razor sharp. Have ordered protective gloves. Appliance makes consistent slices just shy of 1/2" thick or less. Slicing the vegetables I did required a technique to get consistent slices. Can't just drop the food in the tray and crank the handle. That would probably work ok for cabbage and similar soft bulky foods, but not hard tubular shaped foods.
