My daughter has the 128 LDS I believe, I got the LK 122. This is a great grass trimmer. It does everything I want and then some. It does like to go through a lot of string, and it does tend to be thirsty. I think it uses a lot of fuel for no bigger than it is. But it does the job, and if you use it and start it the way Husqvarna says to it starts right away. I had zero problems starting at once I read the directions. And it runs fantastic, zero problems restarting once hot. Would I recommend this weed whacker to anyone else? Yes it works as designed, it does more than I ever thought it could and it does it well. I even purchased the hedge trimmer attachment. And boy does that thing work. The Weedwhacker itself is light easy to use and starts if read the directions first.

Also, make sure to use the right oil mix to avoid issues. Overall, for under $200, this is a solid investment for homeowners who want professional-grade results without the bulk of larger models. Run poorly when I got it. Carb had to be richened up and now runs fine

DO NOT BUY. If you really want one of these find a dealer with a service department. Worked great on first day. Put away for the night, next day it would idle but stall as soon as you touched the throttle. New fuel with correct oil mix, and it ran the first day fine. You CANNOT return this to Amazon. Our local stores sale them but do not service. They ship stuff of and maybe a month later it comes back. And Husqvarna support is only available Monday through Friday, so if you have issues on the weekend (when most people will) you have to wait till Monday and rush home beofre they quit for the day at 7 EST.

Bought this to replace an Echo weedeater we had. Based on the price the quality and craftsmanship rivals Stihl quality without the Stihl price. It's light weight, powerful, and fuel efficient. Runs like a top. Easy to use and we hope to get many years out of it with proper care. The only gripe I have is the bump feed on the weedeater string is a bit temperamental. Perfect for your everyday landscaping homeowner.
