Dumpling Daughter Ginger Soy Sauce (8 Fl Oz)

I’ve tried so many different sauces over the years and could never find one that the whole family actually loved. This Dumpling Daughter Ginger Soy Sauce is the exception. It completely won everyone over. The flavor reminds me of a really well-made homemade teriyaki sauce — rich, balanced, with a nice fresh ginger note and no weird aftertaste. This is already my fifth bottle (I used to buy it in stores before switching to Amazon). Perfect for marinades, chicken, meat, or just drizzling over pretty much anything. Highly recommend!

I love all the Dumpling Daughter sauces. I use them for a lot more than just potstickers, especially the Ginger Soy. I use it on sushi, stir fry, rice, heck even home made fries. The flavor has just the right levels of ginger, salt and umani with just a hint of sweet to give your taste buds plenty to experience. My first go with Dumpling Daughter was a little disappointing in that the 3 pack of the smaller size I ordered were all damaged during shipping, I managed to salvage the order with only a little loss. The bigger bottles are packaged more securely and I haven't had a repeat of my first experience since, so they must've been listening to consumer feedback and improved their bottle design accordingly.

You know when you order dumplings for takeout/delivery and they forget to include the sauce? This sauce is very similar to that kind! Versatile flavor profile so it can be used beyond dumplings in my opinion. Worth the price. 4 stars because while the flavor hits the mark, the lid does not. I’ve ordered this a few times and every time it leaks somehow which results in a sticky bottle.

This has become my go-to for practically all my BBQ accents. Just the right ratio of the ginger for a slight kick and sweet. Can't get this amount locally - glad I can get it here.
