The gummies are easy to chew, and the green color and bear form looks cute.Some of the gummies are stuck together in pairs for some reason, but with the serving size being 2, I just eat them as is and haven't bothered to try to pull them apart (it would probably be pretty easy though).There are 60 gummies, so with this, you get a 1-month supply. I have sea moss capsules, but these are much more enjoyable to take. Overall, I recommend this sea moss supplement. It tastes really good, they are easy to chew, and it's way better than swallowing capsules.

They taste great and are easily tolerated. My only negative issue with these is the additional Sugar content which I would rather not have in a product. That is the reason that these rate 4 stars (with me)... Otherwise--- they would have been an easy 5 stars. :-)

Sea moss has had an increase in popularity lately and with the easy to consume gummies with hopefully longer term health benefits…I can see why.I have tried some other sea moss gummies and these definitely hold up there with some other brands as far as taste and ingredient quantities. They are vegan friendly and gluten free if that’s important to you. While there is not a ton of hard and fast published medical empirical data to support some of the original claims that it helps boost your immune system, aids digestion, and helps with overall wellness, there do not seem to be any kind of adverse effects from taking them either and additional nutrition is never hurtful if done in moderation. To be fair a lot of times more homeopathic means of nutrition are not studied in peer reviewed double blind tests, but so far the taste is enjoyable and I have not had any issues with consuming these as far as side effects are concerned.
