Formula IQ Recuperate IQ Copper Supplement | High Absorption | 60 Capsules

My husband has MCAS and this product helped him improve tremendously over a few weeks.

First week of the supplement I felt a difference in vitality.At first sluggish, low momentum and just drainedNow feel like a live human

On a mineral analysis test, it showed I was below normal on copper levels. So, I was looking hard for a copper supplement that didn't have cellulose caps. I'm sensitive to the ones used on supplements, they're often made from pine or spruce. So this one with gelatin was perfect to test. Much to my surprise, I felt more lively and energetic on this supplement almost immediately. I don't know whether it was the copper or the other fine ingredients like spirulina.More recently I got onto Zinc Carnosine. Zinc can deplete copper so that added to my need for a copper supplement right away.All I can say is that I hope this company continues making this product for many years to come.UPDATE: I ordered again a few months ago, not knowing that they now have "cellulose" under "Other Ingredients", Had to dump the entire bottle full. I love this product and hated to do that! When I wrote them and asked if I could trade the bottle I had for one of their old formula, they wrote back "We will have future batches within 10-12 weeks that will be the original formula as the current batch was slightly different due to the tariff situations which caused supply chain issues." This email to me was sent 5-19-25. YAY! BLESS THEIR HEARTS...I'm keeping an eye open as it's about time for the old recipe to come back.

Don't normally do this but it's an excellent copper supplement it didn't give me nausea i feel great and lot of energy by the fourth day usually tired it i would warn people not take every single day because 10 mg could end being alot for the body then get into side effects but that's with every vitamin once a week or twice because if eating to much sugar damage the mitochondria of the cell that why you feel tired I also associated taking too many vitamins the same way but your body. would highly recommend

Helps clear up skin issues

This is a wonderful product and gives you much needed and hard to get copper. When tested on my nutritionist's biofeedback, it basically helped my EVERYTHING...definitely most beneficial suppleme i take. However, I just opened a new bottle and felt like the quantity was low and sure enough, there were only 50 capsules and not 60! So it only gets 4 ☆

I was taking high doses of zinc which I found out depletes your copper levels and that causes problems with utilizing iron. Just started this while cutting way back on zinc. It came highly recommended on a biohacker podcast (one that I completely trust)
