We bought this for my son for his 12th birthday. It works good. I’m not a fan of the Bluetooth message every time you turn it on. The only bad part I can say is that we have to reset/recalibrate it ALOT!

I really wanted to like this hoverboard. It seems solid, looks good, the bluetooth speakers sounds decent, and the price wasn't bad.... but after having gone through 3 of them, I had to stop. GREAT customer support from the seller in every case, but I couldn't justify the number of returns I had to make. The first time the right side just stopped working, that was after only about 3 weeks. The second time there was a nasty gear grinding sound coming from the left side. And the final time, the thing would just come to a halt...rider would be going along at full speed and it would just flat out stop throwing the rider to the ground. Doing a calibration seemed to fix it, but the fix would only be temporary. After about the 5th time, my son just got to the point that he was afraid to ride it. Called customer support and they gave me a pre-paid shipping lablel to return for refund.

Updating my review as we have had this hover board for a couple months. The first one we ordered did not work so we returned it. Received the second one quickly and was pleased with it. It turned on and seemed to function properly.However, the reason for my 2 star review is this. When you ride this outside and get close to top speed, the board shuts off completely. My 16 yr old crashed and banged himself up from it, my 14 yr old fell off twice, and i had too see what all the fuss was. After i tried it, got to top speed, the machine shuts off and locks up. Needless to say I went tumbling and have a few scrapes from it. Would be nice if the seller would contact me to get this item either replaced or refunded because this is dangerous. Not sure if it happens with all their models but I would be leary if it does.

I bought this for a Christmas present for my son who is 10 and weighs 70 lbs this past Christmas. It hasn’t even been a month and the battery only last about 15-20 min now. Run the battery dead then fully charge overnight and still the same. Not pleased with this product.

I purchased this item as a birthday gift for my 9yo grandson. It arrived in a timely manner and in perfect shape. It seems to be easy for a 9yo to control, and he loves riding it. I wish it held a charge a little longer but assume that it’s typical for a battery this size. I do recommend this board.

has had it 4 months, only used outdoors 4 times to go to friends house 1 mile away. has performed well in the house and on all 4 1 mile trips he's used it on

So far no complaints. Son loves it and goes all over with it. Charges well and last a while.

Daughter really enjoys this and the price was good! The Bluetooth and lights work really well! Had it for almost a year now and no complaints
