I bought this item for my mom who has trouble walking long distances. A regular wheel chair can be tiresome for an elderly person to operate. This chair seems very sturdy. It is easy to operate. Easy to assemble. It folds and fits in the trunk of a car. Right now it has only been used a few days. So this is an initial review. I would buy it again.

I moved the controller to the left side. As a caregiver, I'm right handed but my charge is left handed but not very coordinated. The seat is comfortable but very narrow. Not for a large person. The charge on the battery lasts a very long time. The tires are large enough to navigate small steps or ridges. I love that the arm rests can be folded up out of the way so you can sit closer to a table. There is more than 3 speed adjustments so that you can go at a wider variety of speeds. The controller is responsive but not overly so. It's heavier than I'd like so getting it in and out of the car is sometimes difficult. I'm a small woman in my 60s so it will only get more difficult that's why 4 stars instead of 5. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

The chair is nice , BUT, you can't get in touch with the seller. The tires loose air alot i pump it up an with in the same. day it's low again. The wish i just retured it with in time/.I probly would have ordered a new one, because i like it that much. I wish i knew more . Please HELP ME!!!!!!!!Thank you for getting back to me!

Like the chair very well but have been trying to buy an extra battery because it takes 8 hours to charge the one and you are out of use for the chair during that time. I have had no luck finding a replacement battery.Does anyone have an answer?
