At-A-Glance Fine Diary 2015, Weekly/Monthly, Black or Burgundy

My 91-year-old father puts this little diary in his shirt pocket every single day. His short-term memory is impaired so it is not an overstatement to say that use of a memory aid is crucial to his remaining in his independent living facility This particular diary is the perfect assist -- its size makes it effortless to carry and the layout allows him to decide how to use the space. I should add that his eyesight (with glasses and lens implants) allows him to read and write incredibly small print and therefore to pack a lot of information into the pages -- appointments, birthdays, addresses, phone numbers, upcoming events, to-do lists, to-buy lists, questions, etc. He was always focused on functionality and this diary fits the bill.

I think I already wrote a review. However, This annual daily diary is the perfect shirt pocket calendar/diary/reference for me. I note future meetings in pencil, and archive past activities in ink. There's just enough room for 3 or 4 critical events per day. It has worked for me for several decades. While working, a larger format was necessary -- and those books are part of my life archives. The only new problem is finding the physical book form, in an increasingly transient electronic age. For me, I use both; and this absolutely has it's place in my shirt pocket. No Batteries Required.

It's very handy for logging important information such as the price of meals and the mileage at the last fill-up. However, I wish Mead would bring back the old, larger size.

This size diary is very hard to find. I was happy to find it.

Its nice, but I needed one a little bigger. So I gave it to my grandson!
