Assembly and Instructions:Assembling the Weight Bench wasn't too bad. Despite the instructions being reminiscent of IKEA’s minimalistic style, I found the process straightforward and quick. It took me just about an hour to put everything together using my impact driver tool and socket wrench, a bit faster than the included tools but still nice if you don't have any tools. Despite the ambiguous instructions, assembly wasn’t too challenging once I figured out where everything went.Performance and Features:This bench offers incredible versatility and performance. For the Size and cost, I can't complain too much!Chest Fly Mechanism: The chest fly mechanism is quite effective. While it may require some adjustment to find the optimal position, it allows for a good range of motion and effective chest workouts. It’s a great addition to the bench’s capabilities.Leg Developer: The leg developer works well and adds a valuable dimension to lower body workouts. I love this weight bench! I got this for my teenage son. It was not too hard to put together. My son uses this everyday. It has so many different features. This is a great deal. It is very good quality, especially for the price.

This weight bench seems to offer it all - a solid bench where you can do various exercises, a full-body workout, legs, chest, arms, back... it all seems so wonderful. Sadly, it doesn't work.The directions for assembly are unclear and at times ambiguous. There are a few parts that look almost the same; it's easy to get confused. I had a couple of false steps that I had to undo in order to continue. The images of the parts should be clearer.Once I had it together, I immediately became aware that this had been a mistake. The chest development features collide when you're using them. Unless you slide far down the bench, they'll collide with you. This more or less makes the flys impractical. You get almost no ROM. You could still do dumbbell flys, but then why have the chest development apparatus in the first place?The leg developer feature is OK. When you want to use it, you'll need to remove the cable tower; otherwise the leg developer will bang into it, limiting your range of motion.You have to swap out the cable tower and the preacher's bench. To me this is a serious flaw, because having to stop to do this just messes up your routine. Sadly, they're both useful during upper-body work.The cable tower itself is a major disappointment. It was one of the most important features of this bench, but it does not work for me. I don't get adequate range of motion when doing pulldowns. I'm not particularly tall - only about 5'7" - but even so, I can't get full ROM doing pulldowns. The cable pulls the leg developer, and that only has a short ROM - inadequate for even my short frame. Basically, I can't really use it.EDIT:The Rigel-US company responded to my review and offered to make it right with me. This has changed my opinion. Many of my comments still apply - the chest developer is still crowded - but at least this company is responsive and willing to help. That's rare; so in fact, I *would* buy other benches from them, knowing they'll stand behind their product.

Like the other reviews said, these are IKEA type instructions to put it together. Took me at least three hours because I did something wrong. But everything is there. Now I gotta use it!

Well can't comment on the quality not yet but anyone is more than welcome to message me after this message I will know as of tomorrow it came with absolutely no instructions you got a two-page paper booklet that had zoomed out pictures in it with no details there's literally not one word in the entire instructions it was literally a nightmare putting it together oh and it does not come with a bar either as the reviews advertised for the money I'm about positive it is totally worth it as of putting it together it's a nightmare a 14 and a 17 mm socket I do recommend along with wrenches do not try to even use the tools that is included they are total trash oh and if you want to do Superman crunches then that means you have to do the total opposite of what it tells you to do on the pulleys the opposite direction in order to do crunches with weight anyways hope this helps any other questions feel free to message me do not let this discourage you on buying this product though for the price it is totally worth it but it is a headache to put it together good luck oh there is no weights that comes with this

This gym is a great budget friendly home gym system. havent gotten to use it much but so far no issues yet. definitely recommend if youre looking for equipment without spending an arm and a leg!

All in all, not a terrible piece of equipment. Customer service was excellent.
