G&G Black BootLock Ankle Holster for Backup Gun B716-G27

The Good: The holster is extremely comfortable and secure. It's easy to wear and the firearm is very secure. After watching a video review I had some concerns about drawing from this holster, but I found this holster to be very easy to draw from.The Bad: I'm giving this holster 4 stars instead of 5 because it does not play well with my uniform pants. Every single time I sit down, my uniform pants hike up over the holster and I have to readjust my pant leg when I stand up. Might not sound like a big deal, but getting in and out of the cruiser dozens of times per day makes it quite annoying. I'm wearing 511 PDU uniform pants with this holster if the info helps.

Stays in place all day without moving even while running. And it's so comfortable sometimes I forget it's on even during a long 12 hour shift no issues at all. Worn at least 4 times a week for a 12 hour shift.

A little bulky when wearing with uniform. Had to have my left pant legs widened a little bit. You have to use saddle soap to loosen the leather a little bit otherwise it is very difficult to remove your gun. Used straight out of the package I would not want to have to pull my gun in an emergency.

Best ankle holster I have used. The weight of the gun is on the boot, instead of flopping on your ankle. Had to make some minor modifications to fit a G26 with a beaver tail. Not too hard though.

I've been using this holster with my backup pistol for almost a year and it is great. Have chased people and jumped fences with it on and have never felt like it was slipping or twisting like my old Velcro only one...

It doesn't fit bigger calf.

Excellent fits well and is secure.

Great holster! Even works with side zipper boots. The firearm is very secure, you don't have to worry about losing it if you have to run!
