Excellent quality, easy to put together, for once easy instructions!Well made, organized, labeled, great all around product. You need 2 people to put together.

First, a quick review of the product. It's well made (with very solid materials), looks great, and came at a terrific price for the quality. It looks like a legit glass backboard...even though it's not actually glass. It's a nice size, and I love that I can easily raise and lower it.Now, the instructions show 2 methods for filling the base. One with sand (which they note is strongly recommended) and one with water. Ya boy didn't have 300lbs of sand laying around, so I rolled the dice and went with water. BAD MOVE. It blew over in a strong wind and bent up the rim.I reached out to the company to see if I could buy a replacement rim, and they got back to me right away sent me a new one FOR FREE!! (Which I know is like a $50 value because I was looking at buying one elsewhere.) That's what I call customer service!!! I would definitely buy another product from them in the future!!

Good goal; heavy duty, which means HEAVY. Have a couple people on hand to lift into place. Adjustment mechanism seems to work well. Stable when filled with water/sand.

Have had mine now for a couple of months and it worked out great! Definitely a good deal. Assembly was not horrible, but it also was not a slam dunk. Would buy again.

This IGL portable basketball hoop is an excellent product. My 2 daughters, ages 8, and 13 love this portable basketball hoop. When a hardware part needed for assembly seemed to be missing, I contacted IGL customer service. They were very courteous, and efficient. They shipped the replacement part to me right away, and even included some free extra, special for my 2 daughters!

Such a great product and wonderful company to work with. Holds its own in quality to basketball hoops twice the price. Highly recommend. When my husband was putting it together a gust of wind came and blew the hoop down (he had not stabilized the base yet with weight). Completely our fault and customer service responded immediately and sent us a new rim/hoop for free. Such wonderful service!

Easy to put together with help. The directions were fine. The kids love it. It's so easy to adjust the height and 8 year old can do it.

Please read,this hoop is really really good,however sometimes things happen, I miss only one screw I contact them and they send me the entire set of screws and take me very long time to build it because the weather in Ohio,so this bases from the hoop are made by machines and for my bad luck came with a small crack,was no time to return it anymore,and with not many hopes I contact them again to see if a least I can buy the base and they just told me that they was sending me a new set,I'm so happy that I'm chose this company to buy my hoop,because sometimes thing happens in factory, the quality is really good and strong and the custumer service i have no words to describe how great they're, I'm promise that if you need a good basketball hoop don't look any further, this is the one you need that come with the right ppls to back up your money if something happens, 1 million 🌟 for them 😊
