These things are awesome and way better than the powder. Quick and easy. Just a word of warning, the capsules are HUGE.

Creatine Monohydrate. Exactly the same grammage and ingredients as in branded stuff, so buy something like this that’s not too expensive as it does the same thing! Remember to drink plenty of water too…! Also, capsules are rather large, not a problem if you’re used to swallowing certain things, but I look like a blue tit chick trying to swallow a larger caterpillar!
