I like getting these bc I can drink with a lil sugar or without, and the cans help me with portion control. I mix this in a cocktail shaker with some Fairlife skim milk - DELISH way to start the day!

Great, but...
It's great for ordinary days, but for a first date, job interview, etc., it may be a good idea to refrain from drinking it before the event, as the caffeine may cause nervousness in certain people when under stress.
