A rehabilitative taping technique applied over muscles to reduce pain and inflammation, relax overused tired muscles and support muscles movement. Kinesiology taping is designed to improve the body's natural healing process by helping to increase blood flow around the muscle. It is non-restrictive, allowing for a full range of motion; the wave pattern adhesive backing moves with the skin and muscles.

1) Doesn't stick at all. 2) Took approx 4 weeks from China
Bought it because it was cheap - and for the good reviews.Turned up to be totally not fit for any sport need.1. They don't stick to the skin (check the pictures) - just a roll of cloth. Not a proper tape2. Not strong enough to position any muscle.Just bizarre. Asking for refundFurthermore - it took almost 4 weeks to get them from China

Absolutely shocking stuff!
I've used a lot of Kinesiology tape in my time and this stuff barely qualifies as Kinesiology tape. It barely has any stretch in it and if by some bizarre stroke of bling luck you can actually get it to stick to your skin, the second you start to sweat it just peels itself off as I've just experienced midrun! Don't waste your money on this stuff, the price seemed too good to be true and it is! Absolute garbage.

Not really a KT tape
This is not KT tape... I bought this as replacement a few weeks ago as my KT tape had run out. Seemed a good deal, 6 rolls for £9.99. Evidently was too good... this is just moderately sticky tape that will only stick to itself, not skin. I had to do many wraps around my foot to get it to hold, then after a few miles running it lost all grip. No doubt is good for general taping etc but if you need the strength, control and realiability of KT tape for sport then maybe look at other options. 5.5 rolls just gone in the bin.

Great for Rugby lifts
It might not be what they were designed for, but these work great wrapped around your thighs when being lifted in a line out. Allows for a much better grip and we reuse them. They do need another type of tape at both ends to stop them slipping up and down, but they do job and last well.

Arthritic knee
I use this to support my arthritic knee and it seems to help. It could be stickier as it sometimes comes off after a short while and has to be renewed fairly frequently. It helps me but I wouldn't recommend it for others as I use for my personal use and other users need to assess it for themselves.

Not Kinesiology tape at all
Firstly it was advertised as Prime and took 4 weeks to arrive, secondly it's not Kinesiology tape at all - more like a cohesive support bandage that you'd get from Boots (but thinner and weaker), ie it won't stick to your skin but only sticks to itself - waste of money !

Brilliant!
Having suffered with tendon problems in my arms for years, I was struggling to play racket sports. A physio showed me how to put these on and wow what a difference. Cannot praise these enough. Good price, size and colour. I've bought 3 lots already. Very happy.

Avoid - use medical grade tape
Less than 12 hours into wearing these my skin had blistered, resulting in needing to go to hospital to have them removed and dressed. The doctors warned to avoid this tape as it isn't medical grade!Having used a range of KT tapes for years to alleviate symptoms from dislocating shoulders, they can usually be kept on for several days with no issues whatsoever.Incidentally, it said 6 random colours and actually it was 2x3 colours. If only that was the sole irritation!
