i use this for my physio i do in hospital it does the job all good yes i do take my own matt you never know what's been on the one they provide there a bit tatty so got my own plus i use it indoors aswell

Comfy and hard weating

Just used this for the first time while working out and some of the material has already started to come off. It is a thick mat and good for knees when you are kneeling etc but the back keeps rolling up and not sticking on the floor

Doesn’t feel the best quality but is okay for a beginner in yoga etc. Like myself. Is pretty long and an okay width for me
