Is the tea pot real royal doultan bone china made in England or some replica made in India, etc.?

Probably made from somewhere other than England. The tea pot says, "1962 Royal Albert Limited" with the circle R. However, it does not say "England" as is the case for all of the other china pieces in our existing set.

Does this come with a lid?

A teapot normally does come with the lid. Mine did but it was not purchased from Amazon.

Is it real fine bone china teapot made in England by Royal Doultan/Royal Albert or is it some replica made in India, Indonesia, etc.?

Jim, the teapot along with the whole set that we have been collecting since back in the 70's is real fine bone chna. The only marking s on any of the plates & accesories are the "Old country Roses crest" & the wording..the Royal Albert bone china, England, 1962 Royal Albert LTD. Hope this helps
