Sloggi Women's Double Comfort High Rise Shorts

I’m so happy to have found these ‘Sloggi’ shorts again. Have not been able to find any in the shops for years. I had a pair of these many years ago and they were so comfy. From past experience I knew to order a pair one size smaller than I am for a perfect and comfortable fit. I’m a size 20 but ordered an 18 and as before they are a snug and really comfy fit. I know it’s a bit expensive for one pair of ‘knickers’ but believe me it’ll be the best money you’ve ever spent !! Now I’ve found them and know they are still as comfy as they used to be I will be ordering more pairs and slowly phase out my M & S ones. With just ordinary knickers I find the elastic around the legs very irritating and it rubs around my groin area making it sometimes very sore, with these there is none of that 😊 😊 They really are so comfy it doesn’t feel like you’re wearing any underwear at all !!!! I love my ‘Sloggi’ female boxer shorts and I’m sure you will to.

I am a size 10 and purchased a size 10. They are a tight fit and slightly twisted therefore I have to hand wash and dry flat.Today I went for a run, shorts started to ride up and cut into my groin. The double sewing on the gusset caused the problem. Maybe they are not indended to wear when exercising !

These were nice, fitted well and reasonably comfortable, but when I ordered them I simultaneously order a pack of these to make a direct comparison: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01MTW2BFH/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_8and quite frankly preferred them from a comfort point of view and ended up with 5 for the price of one of the Sloggi's above! Let's be honest, no one really sees your knickers and even those that might won't give a hoot abount the label! So my advice, don't be conned into buying a label when you can have 5 equivelant products for the same price. If I hadn't worn the Sloggis they'd be returning to the Merchant . . .

Consistently comfortable. Launder brilliantly. I prefer to wear size 18 instead of my regular size 16 to ensure perfect fit.

An update on my original positive review.The fabric is nice but they are quite a tight fit. Or I am deluding myself again about my size?I was disappointed in the quality though. A few washes and runs through the tumble dryer (in accordance with the washing instructions) and bits of white elastic have started coming through the waist band.Update from my original review: Now after a few more washes, the colour has faded and there are more bits of elastic coming through. I would not waste money on these and will stick to that other place where everyone gets their knickers..

I bought these as they were recommended to me as I prefer high rise shorts.They are nice and thick material and I thought wow what great quality when I inspected them.Trying them on, they were comfortable apart from the waist, which I think the elastic is too thick and stiff, but that did not deter me.After washing them once I was disappointed though, the elastic has frayed on the waistband, OK it's inside so not visible however for the price for one pair I would expect a lot better!I wouldn't recommend these

I bought these to try a different style of Sloggi to my usual one's. Really wish I hadn't. I certainly wouldn't class them as shorts, they ride up, the waist band doesn't keep it's shape, they are baggy and certainly not up to the usual standard of Sloggi. They lose their shape very quickly, the material is not as good as other styles. Very poor, very disappointed with these.

I love these knickers . Great quality and so comfortable. Fit the whole backside and over the tummy and no elastic in the leg to saw at the skin. Delivery excellent and price reasonable.
