The product is great, just as we wanted smooth finishing as well as soft close door, totally satisfied. product is exactly as shown by the seller, the delivery service was excellent and the product arrived safely due to double packing. I think those who have complained about the product here should contact the company person or amazon once and clear their doubts, I have ordered more Plantex products through amazon in last 10 to 15 days than any other product in the market and online. Found to be of good quality and reasonably priced. The same product of other brands was quoted to me at 26 to 30 thousand in the market near me excluding transportation price. So I am very satisfied with the product and especially the price.

Improve the quality of seat and the packing
The seatbis of poor quality. They could have charged a little more for a better seat. The packing is very very bad. It appears someone had already ordered and after opening the pack and replaced. Otherwise the price is as per Market level.

Very cheap product
It has been over a month since I have been complaining to there customer care and to the owner himself but I am just so dissatisfied that no solution is provided. Commode has washer and manufacturing problem with water coming out of commode while flushing,it's so embarrassing. I have requested them multiple times but now it's time to give an honest review so that customers are not fooled by planted. They are providing very cheap products that is so wrong as they are taking a good amt from us. I m sharing video pls chk . I have ordered basins and plantex shower panel which are equally cheap.i am sharing those videos on the specific product also. It's a hard earned money so I wud request plantex pls don't do this . Friends just look at the video .
