Great "bang for the buck"!
I got this to replace my workhorse Crate amp which I bought about 22 years ago for my acoustic duo. I now only play about once a year so didn't want to spend too much money. While I haven't used this amp in a gig yet, I set it up in my basement and thoroughly tested all features and it sounds great and is very powerful! I have had a little trouble with the bluetooth connection but do not know if that is the amp's fault or my device's fault. However, it does always end up working beautifully once I get the connection established. It is a little weird how there is no Serial Number, but the Warranty Card does say "Not applicable to all models" so I guess they just chose not to provide them for this product. While I am no shopping expert, I can't imagine getting a better amp for the price. I almost feel guilty about it... like I "got away with something"!

Packaging was good. Sound was good
1. Packaging was good. Sound was good.Portability is good.2. The USB, Aux and Bluetooth inputs are good.3. Documentation was OK but needs to be updated to include connector and line specs: label 1/4 " balanced TRS vs 1/4 " unbalance Stereo TRS vs. 1/4 Mono TS vs. 1/4 FX etc.4. Is the FX output balanced or unbalanced. Mono or Stereo, TS or TRS5. I am driving the 2 Rockville 3000 Watt Dual 15 inch floor speakers from the L and R main outputs.6. I am using the Right monitor to drive a Rockville 12 inch SubWoofer.7. Got the mics in Ch1 and Ch2 mixed to the 2 Main Passive floor Speakers and Monitor driven powered SubWoofer8. OK I am a satisfied customer while testing at about 20% of Full Power.9. From Specs "1 dedicated USB/SD input. Built-in Bluetooth playback. Studio-grade stereo FX processor with 16 presets including reverb, chorus, plate, delay, chorus, cathedral and various multi-effects". Does this imply that the FX 1/4 inch output jack is stereo TRS? Don't know what to do with FX output. Is there a headphone Monitor Jack?10. Question to Amazon and Rockville. How can we see answered Questions?11. Replaced Corded Mics with unbalanced cables with wireless Mics with XLR balanced cables to reduce common mode noise.12. Still waiting for response from community or Rockville to how to use the FX 1/4 inch output and the type of signal (Mono, Stereo, Balanced, Unbalanced, etc).

Rockville RPM109 Powered Mixer
I recently received the RPM109 powered mixer. The first thing that I realized was the the speaker connectors on the back were referred to as "combination Speak-On and 1/4" standard speaker plug. This was NOT the case. A 1/4" plug does not work. After purchasing two "Speak-on" adapters I was able to connect the speakers. I have a number of amps & powered mixers as I am an auctioneer. The unit works well BUT there is no clear instructions as to how you separate the main speakers from the monitors. I used this unit just last evening during and auction and was unable to separate the signal. I bought this unit because I need to use monitors so that the clerk can clearly hear what's being sold as well as price and bidder number WITHOUT BEING BLASTED OUT OF HER SEAT with the increased volume necessary to be heard throughout the large building that we have. We managed but ALL of the speakers regardless of which output they were connected continued at the increased volume that was needed on the main speakers. Hopefully, I can get some clarification from customer support next week when I contact them. Powerful unit that is surprisingly lighter than my Yamaha unit which is a plus. This is a nice mixer that I hope will better serve my purpose once I've gotten the right information on how to configure the mains and monitors. The instructions leave MUCH to be desired as there is nothing that helps at all. If anyone reads this that owns one of these units and has mastered the right method of separating the mains and the monitors, please post as it would help not only me but others in the same position.

Great Buy, Great Mixer
I bought this mixer for use with a 3 piece band; electric guitar, electric acoustic guitar, 3 vocal mics and electric drum kit. Unit provides more than enough power with clean, clear sound that carries really well. Effects are easy to use and and adaptable on each channel. Bluetooth let's me run music between set up and performance from my phone without tying it to the board. Great buy, out performs our last PA system for a lot less money.

I love Rockville products , I own Rockville speakers and subs as well as amp. I ordered a bigger amp and no sound will come out of it . I called amazon twice and they are waiting for Rockville to respond. I do t even want my money back I want a replacement. I have a wedding next weekend with no amp thanks amazon and Rockville for the bad service .

Works great! I used this to play music through some Peavey PR12's outside. The 4800W is peak bridged though. But plenty of power for 12 inch speakers in main A/B mode. I also like the Bluetooth feature. I haven't tested the distance yet. Overall so far so good! However, I would've liked the handle on the side I have to remove the handle from the top if I need to stack anything such as a laptop on the unit.

Nice Amp, Super Loud Cooling Fan
Very nice amplifier for the price. You need SpeakOn connectors to connect the speakers (ordered a pair separately). Only down side is super loud cooling fan that runs constantly. This thing will be LOUD unless you are planning to put it inside a closet.
